Practical Balance: This class will focus on improving one’s balance through the use of static and dynamic exercise, obstacle courses, and lower-body, hip and core stabilization. (Exercise Studio)

Chair Yoga: A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair, or standing using a chair for support. This class is designed to help individuals that have had or are dealing with orthopedic ailments such as low back pain, hip/knee issues or shoulder range of motion issues.

Step It Up (Level 3): health and fitness class utilizing intervals of strength and cardiovascular training utilizing steps, weights and bands followed by a flexibility cool down. (Exercise Studio)

Strength Training: A variety of exercises starting with Cardiovascular conditioning, moving into dynamic movements and balance. The class then proceeds into different strength training circuits, with an emphasis on posture and functional movement patterns.
